Did not like.
Walked around and it seemed like everything was closed the tiki bar looked years old and abandoned. kids didn’t like the looks of the place and I regretted prepayment and we gathered our stuff and went elsewhere.
Great price but needs a serious update
The pool area was fun and family friendly. They had a live band playing which was very fun.
Very dirty and not updated! Decor and floors from the 90s. Felt very dirty. The beds were clean.
It a average
rather not go into details, that bad
leaving, the full refund.
everything. They didnt do what I asked and there were bugs! totally disguising!
Clean but needs updating.
Clean and nice view. Toilets are very low. Has only steps to get to second floor. Sliding door hard to move.
This place is horrible u pay 200 for a short motel room. Then tiki bar wow service is a nightmare. Alcohol drinks sweet. Fish they claim is fresh stinked, fries burned. Server thought cause she wore right shorts a titta out that's all customer service they need not asking can I get u anything. How is ur food, nothing she ignored us. Never again I wouldn't advice anyone to stay at this hotel.
tired and noisy
desk lamp broken, light switch over sink did not work; mold in the bathroom, noisy a/c; lots of highway noise and the facility is under the final approach path for planes landing at the airport.
Would not stay again
The front desk staff was very friendly
The carpet in my room was filthy. The entire room was very, very tired. The mattress and quality of the linen was very good however. I paid $75 per night. I should have spent more. There is a Best Western not far away that was new and nicer for $90
The staff is top notch. They clearly care, and are doing the best they can with an aging facility. Security stopped me to let me know I had left my lights on. He saved the next day! And the front desk made me feel important and not like a paycheck.
The room smelled of mildew from the air conditioner. And the bathroom is very dated. But otherwise ok.
Blood splattered curtains, decent.
Quiet, pretty view of Marina. Big bed.
Well, for starters, the ambiance of the bathroom gave off a very Saw like/murder vibe with the flickering light bulb. decently clean, didn't wake up with bed bug bites. Although the curtains had a pretty narly blood like splatter pattern. Cable only worked on occasion. The wifi might as well be advertised as Dial-up. Old guy at the front desk refused to help us when we showed him our Kayak voucher. Too much for him to handle. But the other guy was awesome and got us in fast. Went to check out and immediately became subject to typical Florida trailer garbage trying to intimidate the front desk woman after she evicted him. Threats to call the police were made. The photos online are misleading. So were the three stars on Kayak.
Okay just to spend overnight. Need to spray for bu
The rooms are not properly maintained. The first room that we got has soaked up carpet around the AC unit and the remote dies not work on the tv. The 2nd room that we moved to, the AC unit is loud when used in high. Other settings l(ow med and auto) is not enough to cool the room. The shower lever is hard to use unless you have a pair of pliers.
Relaxed atmosphere. Especially enjoyed tiki-bar and wait staff.
No ice in ice machine.
