I found an intravenous needle in the bed. I asked to speak with the manager or assistant but nobody was there for two days. I asked to have the bed changed and the room cleaned but they ignored my request. I’ve been coming to this hotel for more than five years, but this was the absolute worst ever. William Kaufman

The desk staff was always helpful when I had problems with the television and needed more coffee. HOWEVER, overall, this property is far from Hilton standards! Yes, it's only a Hampton Inn, but it bears the Hilton name and that should mean something. The rooms are very sparse, not even a closet or a set of drawers for clothing! No hooks in the bathroom.
