Pros (+) The room was clean, the shower was new and the hot water was incredible, the best of any Santo Domingo hotel we've stayed at. The front desk couldn't find our reservation, but checked my email reservation, the amount I paid online, and quickly checked us into our room. Air conditioning was good too.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast was limited to one item, I've never seen that in any hotel in this country. The hot tub should be removed from the list of accommodations, as I read a person put in March that the jacuzzi was broken, yet I assumed in a 6 month period it had been fixed. I was wrong, and my boyfriend and I were really looking forward to that aspect of the stay as our weekend getaway. There ...
