The bad: AC does NOT Cool below 78 degrees, hot water is brown from rusting water heaters, check out is a mandatory thing in DR and there where 40 people checking out at the same time (Staff 2) Room service food was terrible, i shouldn't've have paid for it it was so bad (could not eat it) and it was like $75 for a small pizza and a steak w veggies.
