Pros (+) Nothing, it was a place to sleep.
Cons (-) Shower curtain had a dirty wash rag hanging on it. Tv got one channel. Noisy after 10:00 PM. The place is in need of a lot of maintenance. Did I mention there was a dead bee on the carpet?
