Pros (+) Thank you for an enjoyable stay in Santa Cruz. It was a good price for the level of decor and location. We liked the updated decor, the vaulted ceilings, and the grounds felt like we were at camp. Service was great.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast could be better but it is what it is.

Pros (+) Rooms were bright and clean and pleasant with country comfort decor. Bed was very comfortable and above average. Great value compared with the price of hotels in town
Cons (-) Very thin walls. Would have been fine with a more respectful next door neighbor. Apparently it is extremely difficult for the staff to get the water carafe in the lounge refilled. Per the breakfast attendant, that task is impossible until more kitchen staff arrives at 11am.
