Pros (+) The room seemed to be clean. Smelled strongly of cleaning products. The owner replaced a lightbulb when asked but did not bring the bedside lamp for the other side of the bed as he said he would.
Cons (-) Noisy air conditioner, turned it off but there is no air circulation, got too hot, bed too hard, pillows too big = terrible night of no sleep

Pros (+) The studio was a decent size. The AC/heat is updated to a thermastat.
Cons (-) While it had a full kitchen there was nothing there to use for it. No pots/pans/plates/utensils/paper towel.....it was totally useless. Even if they had paper plates and bowls and plastic utensils it woulda been better. There isn't enough outlets. The kitchen was dirty...had a fine dust (sawdust?) all over. Floors were dirty. Ick! It's a very old building and it shows. I chose this place cuz it ha...

Pros (+) Guy up front was very nice. Had Direct Tv with many channels. Fridge.
Cons (-) Old, other visitors were a little sketchy but all was fine.
