Cleanliness is not apparent here from spider webs & cockroaches in room. It’s impossible to communicate any concern to Front Desk Management, namely Alfonso belittling my wife & I as if we didn’t deserve another room. The business of the golf cart shuttles and the near collisions with pedestrians is all too much. As is the cost of this once gleaming property - it’s much more rustic than luxurious.

Pros (+) Resort was nice.
Cons (-) My rooms sink didn’t drain. Front desk tried to move me to another room but that room was worse. Extremely noisy neighbors. Went back to original room and couldn’t use the sink. While the resort looks nice, the rooms are a bit dated.

Pros (+) The staff was very nice.
Cons (-) A few things: Customer service follow through Attention to food specifications Continually asking for items We have stayed here many times prior to the change over to the Ritz. This is the first time I’ve ever felt to leave a bad review. Not really worth my money spent. Bummed.

Pros (+) Everything about the hotel and location.
Cons (-) Having to change rooms twice, the first time because the toilet didn't flush and the second time because we were awakened by the staff moving umbrellas to the pool on noisy dollies right outside our room.
