I am submitting this review to complain about the refund and cancellation policy. My car broke down hours away from the hotel on the day I was to check in, so I could not get to the hotel. Ramada would not cancel the reservation or give me a refund. It is true they disclosed this policy when I made the reservation, but I feel they should give a refund in a situation like mine. Pros (+) The staff provided good customer service.
Cons (-) Throughout the facility, it was evident that the facility is in desperate need of a major remodel. There was a constant musky smell in the facility. Fixtures were outdated.

Pros (+) The room was decent and clean for the most part. There was a crunched up sock in the curtain, which was weird but we didn't mind it. Overall, the property was quiet, and we had a good night's sleep. Honestly, we spent very minimal time at the hotel itself.
