Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, especially the omelette bar and cooked-to-order options. Some guests appreciated the spacious rooms and friendly staff. However, there were significant complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, bugs, and lack of fresh linens. Service was often described as unresponsive or unhelpful, and several guests experienced issues with broken or slow elevators. Overall, while breakfast and room size were highlights, cleanliness and service need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Bed was comfortable
Cons (-) This hotel is in need of a major renovation. Paint peeling off walls, carpets were very dirty. Bath room door wouldn’t shut unless you leaned on them. Light sconces missing. Bathtub lever to turn on shower was broken. Restroom in the bar area was disgusting. I could go on.... Breakfast ran out of many food items 90 minutes before it was supposed to end.
Pros (+) Good breakfast.
Cons (-) Room temp is not controllable using thermostat. Rooms were over 80 degrees with no way to adjust. Front desk said central air is set for the entire hotel. Very uncomfortable to sleep when it is close to freezing outside but 83F in the room. Had to leave a window open to try and cool it off. Both TVs in the suite did not work and flashed a No Signal error. Called the front desk for help 3 times and...

Pros (+) Everything was great, service was fantastic and our room was clean and very nice!
Cons (-) Everything was 5 stars! Thank you for everything Embassy!
Pros (+) The suites are spacious and lovely; the breakfasts and happy hours, a wonderful feature.
Cons (-) The heating/ac system is inadequate: although it was chilly at night, the system was not set to provide heat. The staff provided a space heater, but... not what I'd expect from a fine hotel.
Pros (+) Friendliness of staff , very comfortable and the hospitality wa above and beyond.
Cons (-) $15 per night parking
