Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel for its outstanding service, with numerous mentions of attentive, friendly, and helpful staff who go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The amenities, including the pool, beach club, rooftop bar, and spa, are frequently highlighted as excellent, contributing to a luxurious experience. The location, while a bit outside the main town, is appreciated for its beautiful views and convenient shuttle service. Breakfast receives high marks for quality and variety. Cleanliness is also positively noted. Some guests mention minor drawbacks such as room issues or restaurant experiences, but these are far outweighed by the positive feedback.

Pros (+) Breakfast room and Roof top bar have amazing views of Vesuvius and Bay of Naples.
Cons (-) Should make this adults only hotel. Two families with children virtually took over the pool area, killing the relaxing vibe. Shower was very small in bathroom, not a very big deal, just didn't live up to the rest of the hotel level. Roof Top bar is only open Tuesday and Saturday, which seems like a waste of such a great resource.
