Overall, guests were very pleased with the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, convenient location near Sorrento and public transport, and high standards of cleanliness. The breakfast received positive mentions for its variety and quality, and the pool and rooftop terrace were appreciated as relaxing amenities. Some negative feedback included small rooms and bathrooms, occasional noise, and minor maintenance issues, but these did not overshadow the generally positive experiences reported by most guests.
