Overall, guests were highly satisfied with their stay at the hotel. The most frequently praised aspects were the cleanliness of the rooms and property, the excellent and convenient location close to beaches, restaurants, and shops, and the quality and variety of amenities such as bikes and a pool. Many guests also highlighted the friendly and helpful service, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. A few negative comments were made about noise, outdated bathrooms, or minor maintenance issues, but these were rare compared to the overwhelmingly positive feedback.
