Cons:
When I booked online I had no idea that the location was NOT at the airport! They probably showed an address when I booked, but having never been there before I had no idea that that was not at the airport! The airport location said they could rent me another car, but it would be at a higher price,. But Hertz had already charged my credit cards and the airport location could not apply that amount to a new rental at the airport. I would have to pay the airport the full price and then try to get my money back from the other location. Then the other location said that if I took a cab out there to get the original car I could not drop it back off at the airport location when I returned home. I ended up doing $55 worth of cab fares both ways, not to mention the additional time delays. This will be my first and last time renting with Hertz.2,0 Poor
