The location was close to everything. The lush jungle surrounds were fantastic in the middle of the city.
Noting that it is mostly a Muslim country and that the people in our small tour group respected the customs and covered up as best as possible the pool rules of neck to knee was impossible to adhere to. One single lady in our group was singled out and humiliated by the pool supervisor even though she was modestly attired. I think this was done to appease the two local groups using the facilities, a child’s birthday and a high school pageant as the next day nothing was mentioned. If the hotel wants to be an international hotel it has to inform travellers of the pool rules prior to booking.
The breakfast for sure !
the room service didnt tell us first before they sending the extra comforter and baby cot we ask. They just sending it off to the room when we are currently going out for dinner. It's all about our privacy and belonging that we kept in the hotel.Lucky us they dont disturb our things.
The pool is really nice. We enjoyed it with our 4yr old son. The staff was very friendly.
Only, no one seems to check a proper swim attire, which is a little bit sad. And gym equipment was quite old, but fully functional.
Nice but pretty old hotel, spacious room and comfy bed.
The WiFi was really bad, most of the time not even working in the room even if they have different WiFi for each level.
