Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's beautiful location and some friendly staff, as well as the pleasant pool and beach areas. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, lack of cleanliness, unreliable or unavailable wifi, and limited breakfast or food variety. Maintenance issues such as lack of hot water, malfunctioning amenities, and cleanliness problems are also commonly mentioned. While the setting and some staff are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and amenities to meet guest expectations.
