Pros: The owner was extremely helpful and even drove us to the train station! The room was so cute and very clean. We were provided with anything we could need. Breakfast was brought to our room and it was delicious! I wish we could stay there longer!

Cons: It is a bit out of town and not many buses head there so taxi ended up being an expensive option. I would recommend staying there for more than one night as we did.

Pros: Spacious, Clean and nice in a beautiful town. Great staff, quiet town near many major attractions for families to visit by car i.e. gardaland, Verona, Sirmione etc. We travelled with our 2 girls age 7 and 10 and we were all super happy with our stay! Recommend to families!

Cons: The wi-fi was not up to speed - only worked in the kitchen but was quite slow. Madebit a bit difficult to google next day’s trips and do some planning but otherwise everything was above our expectations.

Pros: The apartment was spotless and very spacious. The staff were so friendly and very helpful, offering to order taxis or assist in any way. The location was good, right in the centre and a supermarket 500 m away. Great patisserie, small shop and bakery in the street. There is a market on Thursdays.

Pros: I was shocked with how clean, spacious and the extra amenities for so little money! The staff was super helpful, the setting is adorable and the parking was ideal! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!! And the hostess in the mornings getting the cappuccino was sweet, friendly and attentive. BEST cappuccinos!!

Cons: The air conditioning didn’t work properly. We had 36 degrees in our room at 1am. We had to sleep on the floor to cool a bit. I have never experienced anything like that. Nobody at the reception, no number to call..... awful.

Pros: A short walk from the airport, this hotel in it’s beautiful setting is nothing short of spectacular. The pool and spa facilities were a welcome end to our wonderful holiday. I was able to buy a swimsuit at the premises which was a relief. The highlight however was the meal at the restaurant. The nicest meal I have had in years, and I’m big into my food. Every course was delicious. Definitely recommend it.

Cons: It is too far away from the centre to be able to just go out for dinner etc. You have to rely on the fantastic shuttle or expensive taxis.

Pros: Breakfast was generous, croissants kept coming, eggs, pancakes, good variety. Good mushrooms, delicious natural yogurt. Pretty much everything, even a gluten-free range. The spa area was pretty crowded on one of the two days we stayed. Pool and spa area were of adequate size. Satisfied overall. Oh, the mattress was quality stuff.

Cons: The breakfast area needs a different disposition of guest tables versus catering area. I kept bouncing between the table and the food, everyone did so but it was somewhat annoying and it felt like no one had their own personal space.

Cons: Pool area open for families until 1 pm, after that only for adults. Breakfast buffet food were cold and options limited. Reception staff should stand for the guests, not sit on chairs! Smile would be nice too. Aircondition didn’t work in the room, super hot room! Constructionwork next to the hotel - noisy! A farm next to the hotel and smell was awfull during the evening and night!

Pros: The breakfast was rich. The hostess was very kind. The decoration was unique and lovely. The room was large and clean. The garden was beautiful and very organize.

Pros: This home is off the beaten path but I like to be away from the big towns. Still plenty of places to see nearby. The family run B&B is fantastic.

Cons: A very noisy machine in the kitchen started making noise at 3 am at night. My room was close to the kitchen and therefor very noisy.

Pros: Everything! Really lovely place. Welcoming, helpful and the place was absolutely gorgeous! There's a restaurant on site which is really popular with the locals, but you can book a table on arrival. The food and wine choice is good. Great sized room.. and bathroom was spacious too. Breakfast was buffet style.

Pros: Hotel staff are friendly, the room was amazing, the location to get into the city was ideal and quick. One of the best places I’ve stayed in.

Cons: A bit more of selection on the menu, there was plenty to choose from however if they added a few items for the dinner menu it could be fantastic, the food was amazing still. A pool could also be added out the back which would put the icing on the cake.

Pros: Great location, lovely helpful staff, great restaurant full of local families worth visiting just for the food. Good choice at breakfast too ! Easy to find plenty of parking - we hope to return when back in Verona area.

Wide choice of breakfast available ,,,, but not of good quality the bread was stale some of the food has gone off and some other people complained as well about this,,,, ended up with severe diarrhoea 4 hours later bad experience

Pros: It is very convenient when flying in or out of Verona airport, with modern nicely decorated rooms, clean and comfortable, buffet breakfast included in the rate, with friendly pleasant staff, overall it is excellent value for money

Pros: I have stayed here at least 3 or 4 times now, and find its location perfect when flying in or out of Verona Airport, only a 2-3 minutes drive. The hotel is quiet, clean and comfortable with modern furnishings, and offers excellent value for money. The staff are very friendly and helpful, i.e. the hotel has the latest type of Italian electric plug sockets, and my adaptor was for the old style, so the charming young lady on reception loaned me an adaptor from old to new.

Cons: staff did not explain parking in garage clearly. i.e. how to put the room card in the slot in the black box. the coffee machine at the restaurant (closes too early also in evening) was not working properly at breakfast (Monday morning) and was a really hokey, noisy cheap looking thing.

Pros: I can state that it is perfect on all points of view: staff, rooms, location etc. A special plus for the excellent restaurant 10: excellent food, very friendly and professional staff, from the waiter to the Chef. In addition, the shuttle service is very useful in view of a trip by plane from Verona airport.

Cons: The information about the parking is misleading. It sais “free private parking is possible on site”, once the public car spaces outside are taken you have to pay 8 Euro to park in the hotel car park.

Pros: The location was great because we travelled to different cities during the day. The triple room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a good selection. The internet is free which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the fitness room.

Cons: The staff was very unfriendly and borderline rude. I actually felt invisible when I approached them waiting for service. I am not sure it's typical for this region/country, but I have travelled all over the world and I have never been treated in this manner by hotel staff. They acted like it was an annoyance to help me. The hotel's pool is open to the public and non hotel guests, so it is too crowded for the guests to use. And the parking lot was completely full so there was no parking for hotel guests - There was a large parking lot, but we had to park on a side street off the hotel's property.

Pros: This is the best place for a holiday especially with the swimming pool facilities. My 9 Yr old loves it! Best location to relax.

Pros: It is ok accommodation for a night or two. Staff was ok, we got new room as airconditioning wasn’t working in our room, but it tool some persuading.

Cons: It is 40 min away by foot from the centre of Villafranca de Verona. Rather modest, older hotel, definitely not in accordance with 4 star hotels.

Pros: The sheets were clean though. The personnel was very polite and helpful. The reception is very clean and nice. The toilet was very clean and new.

Cons: The hotel is next to the airport, yet does not have a shuttle. They call a taxi to take you to the airport that in the morning costs 25 euros approx. That raises the price of staying in that location. The room is old with many things broken and the covers of the beds are very old and dirty.

Cons: Paid for 4* hotel and the condition were poor, I will rate if as 2*. We’ ce been transferred to this hotel from the one we initial book because they had this closed down as our of season. Paid for this hotel and couldn’t use the pool because the children were not allowed and I have 2. Bathroom with very old furniture, shower with lots of stain, the walls from the room repaired and cover with wall paper, except 2 bottles of water no other facilities in the room. I asked twice for a kettle to warm some water for my baby and when I receive it at least, was broken. I used it with difficulty. Gave some laundry to the reception and receive my black trousers and my husband black shirts in very bad condition, as they may wash it with their white stuff and our black clothes were grey when we pick it up. Very unsatisfying!
