Pros (+) We enjoyed the location near Cabrillo Beach and Point Fermin Park. We could also walk to the Korean Bell Tower. In the next block are two diners serving breakfast and lunch to many locals. The Pacific Diner and The Lighthouse Cafe, which serves home cooking for dinners as well. The motel is on the main bus route.
Cons (-) We missed having a coffee maker in our room but quickly adjusted by picking up early coffee at the diner. There was a microwave and a refrigerator in our room and if we had requested a coffeemaker, the hospitable staff would probably have supplied one.
