Breakfast employees could be welcoming not grumpy kind of people. Breakfast was poor. No eggs, burned bacon and some very thin mini pancakes (some of them darkened)
Breakfast, cleanliness and personnel.
None of the above
The Bar on the 2nd floor
Leaking toilet and BED BUGS.
most convenient for early morning flight
it is clean, comfortable and has easy access to the terminals
we were on the restaurant floor, it was loud.
I was not happy
I didn't like that I paid $89 for my stay on kayak and then when I checked in they made me pay $122 to stay their one night.
Dingy, moldy, and expensive. Oh, and it makes you feel like you're being punished for something.
Room carpets that make you want to keep your shoes on, smell of mold, and sense if despair.
It was inside the airport. The breakfast was pretty good.
The room was small, and smelled like mold. In addition, it was super cold and the AC vents hit us right in the face. we ended up turning the AC off since my daughter started to cough a lot. The hotel is over priced. I paid $150 for the night. The only way I would stay here again is if the hotel rates were reduced.
The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast the next morning was much appreciated and delicious! The staff was really great and welcoming. Again, the room was really really clean and after flying all day, it was great to not have to worry about that.
The hotel was hard to find and a little scary to walk to in the middle of the night. There are barely any signs to tell you where to go and I got lost three times on the way there. I come from Alaska and the rooms are freezing. No matter what I tried, I barely got it warm up to 62 from the 50 it was set to when I got in.
There was a roach in our bathroom and the temp of the room was a challenge to get right. The free breakfast was ok.
Great for one night or layovers
The hotel room was exactly what I needed for my one night stay. The room was clean although small, but it suited my needs quite well. The restaurant offered good food and I found hot tub area was quite relaxing during the night as this was the only time I was there. I was unable to partake of breakfast as my flight required a check in prior to when the breakfast started. There was even a fitness room. Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Would've gotten more stars if price was lower.
Convenience to the Puerto Rico airport. We only needed it as an overnight between flights. Good breakfast.
