Pros (+) Quiet hotel, very cute rooms, clean, fun rooftop atmosphere with great city views a pool and lots of spots to lounge.
Cons (-) The elevator is so incredibly slow. You are given an actual key for the door, not a card and that is a pain to keep track of.

Pros (+) It’s a beautiful colonial style boutique hotel in the heart of old San Juan. The rooms are gorgeous - with tiles on the floor and high wooden beamed ceilings. Bed was large and really comfortable.
Cons (-) Water in the bathroom was lukewarm at most. Breakfast service was extremely slow and food quality was poor.
