Pros (+) Location was perfect. Walking distance to all attractions in Old San Juan. Lobby seems nice with fun people coming and going.
Cons (-) Rooms are outdated. We stayed two nights and the room service was nonexistent.

Pros (+) Hotel Milano is located right in the heart of Old San Juan, a short walk away from the cruise port, the Fort and about a 10 minute drive to the airport. There were ample shops, restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets which made for plenty to do. Beaches are near by as well. The rooftop restaurant is amazing - especially the wonderful staff and fantastic local food.
Cons (-) Some of the rooms are quite small and not by any means luxurious, but they were clean and in order.
