Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport, public transportation, and local attractions. Some reviewers mentioned friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing issues such as lack of cleaning, unhelpful or absent staff, and poor room maintenance. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several reviews mentioning dirty rooms and old facilities. Other common complaints included uncomfortable beds and high noise levels, particularly in the mornings or from the street. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements in service, cleanliness, and comfort are needed.
