Excellent close to everything and great staff. Nearby restaurants at walking distance. This is my base Hotel when staying in SJ for concerts etc. Bella’s Artes of Santurce is at walking distance +~ 10 minutes

Cons (-) It was a bit of a walk to hot spots. If you're ok with walking 10 minutes or more to the nearest hot spot then your stay will be a walk on the beach!

Pros (+) Hotel staff were friendly and informative. All areas of hotel were very tidy. I felt very welcomed and appreciated during my stay.
Cons (-) The foot sham on the bed had stains. Cleaning service did not clean the glasses we used in the room. Hallways were quite cold for my taste. A bit pricey. Seems to be the norm in San Juan.
