Pros (+) The hotel lobby is beautiful. The hotel has everrything you need and service was great. Staff was extremely helpful and very nice from check in to check out.
Cons (-) Some areas need repair. Example, the pool is beautiful, but the grout has black stuff on it and chipped. Also, we had issues with card for garage and hotel room. Twice, we were stuck at exit gate of garage. We had to park car and go to cashier and hotel front desk to sync the cards.

Cons (-) Shouldn't have to pay for premium wifi. The tv channels were all blurry. Water pressure was terrible. Breakfast choices were only overpriced restaurants that were terrible. Don't recommend eating anywhere on the hilton grounds. I arrived early and was told I would be called or texted when a room was available. I never was and was watching the front desk as others checked in. Not good customer serv...
