Cons (-) The room. Hotel bars.
Pros (+) Staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Pool and tiny cove beach super convenient. Two restaurants open in hotel which is also convenient.
Cons (-) Rooms need updating but wouldn’t deter us from coming back!
Pros (+) Location is great. Beautiful beach right there. Rooms were clean.
Cons (-) Hotel is a little run down. Staff was not extremely engaged at check in and check out. WiFi didn’t work. TV screen was grainy. Smoke smell late at night.

Cons (-) The staff was very poorly trained and had terrible customer service skills. In our stay we got completely ignored by a consierge, had to wait to check in an hour after the check in time, a stuffed animal taken from our room by house keeping never to be returned. To top it off the walls are painfully thin, and a group of 6 teenagers got checked in next to us. Loved the location but will stay elsewh...

Cons (-) Wifi didn't work for a few hours tons of problems, when we told staff they said that they would call att, they said nothing was wrong with it, finally me fiddling with my phone, and almost a day later we got it to work. But the one thing that pissed me off, was the fact that they have hidden fees like a deposit of some kind that no one tells you before you go, which you if you pay that deposit wit...
