Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location, often mentioning its proximity to the beach, Old San Juan, and local attractions. Many also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, several reviews expressed disappointment with the cleanliness of rooms and common areas, outdated facilities, and issues with the pool's availability and amenities. While some found the rooms comfortable, others noted maintenance problems and a need for renovation. Overall, the location and service were the main highlights, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and amenities.

Pros (+) Beautiful hotel and amazing location with some great amenity options.
Cons (-) The staff was very poorly trained and had terrible customer service skills. In our stay we got completely ignored by a consierge, had to wait to check in an hour after the check in time, a stuffed animal taken from our room by house keeping never to be returned. To top it off the walls are painfully thin, and a group of 6 teenagers got checked in next to us. Loved the location but will stay elsewh...
