Amazing experience with impeccable service.
Attention to detail, luxurious accommodations, outstanding staff.
We loved everything
I couldn't stay more days
El mar y la piscina maravillosos .....
Nada todo me gusto
Terrific Hotel - Pay for the Ocean View!
We had an excellent time, highlight was that our room window opened fully, facing the ocean. Beautiful!
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Pools were lovely and clean (slightly chilly for my taste). Adults only area was nice. Only tried the patio restaurant which was very good, but pricey ($50 for french toast, OJ, single egg and sausage).
Room air conditioner had issues. Maintenance was unable to solve the issue and did not notify front desk that the issue was not fixed.
I arrived at 3:40 pm and was told that the room I booked is not available. The front desk staff guaranteed that it would be ready by 4pm, but when I came back at 4:06pm I was told again the room is not ready. I finally checked in by 5pm and nobody explained why. They gave me two key cards and one doesn't work which kept me out of the room when I came back from swimming the other day. It is the most terrible experience that I have and I definitely don't recommend this hotel
Still holding money on my credit card.
Beautiful hotel in great location
The rooms were luxurious yet charming, the staff was very helpful and the pool/lounge area was great
Not much to dislike.
Everything was Fantastic
Everything! outdoor spaces, great food, rooms spacious and confortable, amazing view of the ocean everywhere. One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Would love to come back.
