I was surprise the place was ao clean especially the toilet.
No hot shower, i dont know if broken. If you have big bag like me then prepare for hardship. No elavator.
Located in an area full of great cafes and restaurants. Our room overlooked the street, was lovely and cosy warm with a comfy bed. We arrived mid morning and were able to be checked in right away which was great.
Only thing was the duvet looked like it needed an extra good clean but other than that a great place.
Very basic but satisfactory hotel experience. Staff were helpful and responsive. Room and washrooms were clean. Had no problem with accessing shared bathroom or showers when needed. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Walls are thin but most guests were reasonably quiet, though I stayed during the week - the weekend might be different. Transit access is great, the MUNI station is just at the end of the block and it takes about 5 minutes to reach downtown. Very walk-able neighbourhood, great coffee, food, and entertainment nearby. Neighbourhood was much quieter and safer feeling than downtown. Main entrance is locked - you need to buzz in when you first arrive, then you get a key for the duration of your stay. This is about as inexpensive as you can get in San Francisco without staying in a sketchy place in the tenderloin. Would definitely stay again.
Would be nice for showers to have racks for your towel and soap/shampoo. One person smoked weed in their room which leaked into the hall and sometimes my room. Not the hotel's fault but putting seals on the room doors would help.
Terrible customer service, unfriendly & the worst experience!
Great service, room was cleaned everyday.
None for the price.
