Cons (-) Installing a working air conditioner to the rooms would be nice.

Pros (+) Free parking. Walking distance to Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. Elevator to all levels, including parking garage. Cleaning service left us a bag of towels at our door even though we had do not disturb sign on door (most places skip cleaning when you have the sign up, but it was great they left us extra towels!). Wi-fi.
Cons (-) Parking garage looked sketchy with old mattresses/junk laying around. No microwave/fridge. Outdated.

Pros (+) The location was nice right in the civic center. The best part by far and probably the reason I chose this hotel was for the Parking. It's free guest parking! There's potential in this hotel to be something better but it needs a lot of updates.
Cons (-) The walls were paper thin, we heard music and regular conversation from the room next door at 2 am, I didn't want to complain - they weren't even being loud and obnoxious, just having normal volume levels of conversation - and yet you could hear it all! The room is outdated and furniture is not in great shape. Yelp wanted of bed bugs but we didn't encounter any! Still it isn't the kind of place wh...
