No room availability led to a frustrating effort of finding a hotel room while standing in the city during one of the busiest weeks of the year. These agents are crooks. American Express has already ...

Pros (+) Staff were nice, Italian restaurant is tasty, free wine and cheese after 5 I believe. Parking is minimal so expect $40 for valet and I had a small car per night. Overall enjoyed my stay.
