Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location.
The ac in the room worked well the first night, but was warm the rest of the weekend.
The bed was not hard as a rock. Restaurant was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly.
I wish the more upscale properties would provide free wifi. Windows were dirty.
The most appealing was the customer service. Our concierge was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of places to visit. He was instrumental in making our visit to San Francisco a special occasion.
Only minor inconveniences such as no frig in room, venetian blinds that were very hard to manage, pillows too soft to provide comfort, an extra chair to seat on to enjoy our room service meals was missing, a removable shower head would have been great.
My room was next to the elevators. I think I was only able to sleep without issues because of Jetlag. I wouldn't expect a Hilton to have such rooms without proper isolation. Also, I'd expect the breakfast buffet to include proper coffee at the given price point.
Concierge was Great
