I didn’t like anything. I was forcing myself to like it, but the customer service of the stuff and the manager on site was the poorest I’ve ever experienced!
Let’s start with cleaning the room , following social distancing (which wasn’t happening in that hotel when I traveled) and of course, customer service has to be improved. Sooner the better
Beds were very comfortable and clean!! It was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it! Danny the front desk man was great and so was Paul at the front bar area.
Nothing hotel wise. Only issue was a weirdness from the back bar area. Felt I was being monitored and made me feel uncomfortable.
Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size.
Could hear everything around us. Water pressure was very low. Nothing that made it worth the price.
Not that good
Friendly front desk.
Outside windows are very, very dirty. Paid extra for bay windows and couldn't see anything because of dirt.
Not Satisfies
I didn't like the size of the room too Small
Double Charged via Kayak/AMOMA
I liked being able to purchase on the internet
I did not like getting double charged for the stay because the KAYAK/AMOMA credit system was not working. I also did not like getting fraudulently charged for food I did not order nor a long distance phone call on a room phone that did not work. I will not be booking with either Hilton or Kayak in the future.
walls are paper thin
can hear the foot steps of the people above me !
Extra thin walls, could hear children crying at 1am
4 star price for a 3?star hotel
Beds were comfy, gym small, food in restaurant was tasty.
Outdated showers, expensive food and room service, small gym.
I like executive lounge.
Good view.
Bed a bit soft.
Good value
Clean room and comfortable bed.
Limited fitness center
view from the window
final bill is + 21$ (GREEN FEE); There is NO SAUNA available, as written in "atractions"

It was a great location for shopping and walking the city.

the ho9tel was very friendly and presented well. The rooms were bright and airy. It wss nice to control the temperature of the room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable
i found the bar a little expensive which was a shame as we found the area very relaxing and would have liked to spend more time socialising with our friends in there
