The hotel itself was OK. The neighborhood, on the other hand, was not. I had not taken two steps outside the car when a man on a BMX bike offered to sell me drugs. I hurried the family into the lobby and we used an Uber to get to/from the hotel for the rest of the stay.

One working elevator in a 16-story hotel makes for a LOT of time spent waiting in hallways. Not what I expect from a Hilton-branded property.

During our 6-day stay over Gay Pride Weekend with full capacity, only one elevator was in service for all 16 floors. Wait times were not in keeping with a Hilton brand hotel.

Pros (+) Helpful staff and very clean rooms.
Cons (-) Unable to sleep because located next to an extremely loud music venue that operated until the early morning. Rooms without desks or chairs to work in during the evening. Scratchy sheets and pillows with no support. This part of Mission is a bit rough.
