Very dirty, no heater I was freezing and the cold herd my back

Pros (+) The location was excellent and the price low. Accommodations were simple but functional and staff was very communicative, even texting me the day before my arrival to confirm check-in time.
Cons (-) Being right on Van Ness, it was a very loud spot. The bed was small and the bathroom cramped. No soap was provided for the sink, which was weird.
