Pillows and beds were very uncomfortable.
Boutique Hotel in Great Location
Quirky rooms decor & staff
Lack of facilities no hotel bar or estaurants although there are independent providers attached to hotel. No pool.
The room was a hit to my kids. Nautical inspired
The room has a very hip vibe that is a hit with my kids ages 12-17. They love it! The hotel is just a block away from the cable car when we came back from a night at the downtown area. No hassle when we went around SF downtown and back. It is also within the activities from the pier. It is far enough from the main noise but near enough for a few minutes walk. Very accessible to all the great restaurants and activities around the area.

Wonderful Staff
The staff was very friendly. From the maids to the doorman to the concierge everyone was concerned with trying to help us have the best time possible while we stayed there. Loved using the free loaner bikes to get around the wharf.
Nice room. Nice spot.
Valet was very expensive, They did not warn about the price up front. They were insistent we took a mini bar key even tho we didn't want one. no nightlife around the location.
