The hotel provided top notch rooms in a great location. Public areas were warm and welcoming.
Great location. Even tho it’s on the edge of Fishermans wharf it feels off the beaten path. Staff were great. Room is clean and very comfy. Hip, a little retro, it’s a nice change to all the downtown mega hotels.
The vouchers you get for the restaurant...here’s the thing. You can only use one per visit to the restaurant. No one tells you that. We only had time to visit the restaurant once and thought we would get a 40$ discount but did not. Buyer beware.
Lobby living room elegant. Friendly welcome. Early check in without fee (1 1/2 hr prior). Room attractive in blue and white colors. Bed very comfortable. Quiet (interior room on 4th floor). $10 discount each day for eating at their excellent restaurant. Location by the water on Fisherman’s wharf with restaurants galore and easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf.
Room was advertised as 300 square feet and photo showed 2 sets of windows. Room was closer to 200 square feet and one large window. When asked about the difference was told by receptionist that some rooms are 230 and some 300–same price. I would have expected a 230 square room would be cheaper. Also, be aware of big fees on top of original price: $35/day.
Room is very small
Location and brick decor inside the room
The small perks of free coffee, cookies, etc. Not a big deal
