Pros (+) Nice view of the marina. The room was very clean and the beds were very very comfortable. Nice little extras that they offer like poolside towels, continental breakfast. Nice and courteous staff.
Cons (-) No elevator is the only downside. Hotel is a bit dated but easily overlooked by the comfort and cleanliness.

Pros (+) Always like the value and location, rooms are clean, but showing wear.
Cons (-) For the first time in numerous stays front desk staff not friendly. No greetings upon entering office, not keeping up with breakfast food/drinks when they were empty and acting like it was a chore to refill what was needed or to answer questions.
