Pros (+) While this hotel is right at the beach it needs some serious help.
Cons (-) Ice and vending machines were broken. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Hotel could use some revitalization.

Pros (+) There weren't any bath towels in room, no cups to drink water and no decaf coffee. No info was provided in room about hotel and we were not told about continental breakfast. The cleaning staff starts before 1000 and they are very noisy. They all gathered in courtyard area talking, yelling across to each other and laughing. Their large bins on wheels are also very loud.

Cons (-) Breakfast was not really a breakfast, just pastries. Bathroom area is very small with very few towel racks or room around the sink.

Pros (+) The hotel is nice, and is one block from the beach. That was the good part.
Cons (-) The staff is incompetent. Woke up in the morning to discover that there were only two hand towels in the room, so had to walk to the lobby to get real towels for showers. TV didn't work - only got snow, not picture - and staff was unable to unwilling to help.

Cons (-) -Our TV and phone didn't work and when we asked the staff to come take a look they came and poked around and then shrugged their shoulders when they couldn't figure it out -You have to pay for internet -This is the biggest con by far but our last night at the hotel, we woke up in the middle of the night to a huge cockroach crawling across our pillows -No room service the first day -My guess is tha...
