Not the best neighborhood. There was a roach. Parking lot was like the ghetto. Lobby closed from 10pm-6am.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Many extended stay residents up past midnight playing loud music. Room was in disrepair. Do not stay here with children.

Cons (-) hot tub very dirty, housekeeping came all different times - didn't offer to come back when we weren't there, just handed us towels, towels small, sink not inside bathroom, continental breakfast was horrible and no organization of guests just a free-for-all, air condition does not cool entire room including bathroom even though room is small, no bath soap offered, only shampoo supplied, not conditi...

Pros (+) The hot tub,pool,breakfast,room was decent. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool.
Cons (-) The staff Arianna,Brianna & Jasmine was nice. Everyone else was not warm & welcoming. The phone in our room wasn’t working. Mgr said she was going to credit my acct but haven’t. the family above us was very noisy & the kids kept running & screaming above us till after 1:30AM. I called front desk 3X. Was able to go back to sleep at 2AM. Will not stay here again.

Pros (+) The internationals staying there really added to my fun: the languages spoken, children, food area brought us all together. So wifi being sketchy was good too as we had to be in lounge to receive signal ,a result of rare rain storms-also a blessing0, we all visited- the one thing missing in American culture.
