Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently mentioned the comfortable beds and the hotel's convenient location as highlights of their stay. However, there were several complaints about poor service, lack of amenities in the rooms, and issues with cleanliness, especially related to ongoing construction and dust. While some guests enjoyed the spacious rooms and friendly staff, others were disappointed by the absence of advertised facilities such as restaurants, bars, and in-room appliances. Overall, the positives centered on comfort and location, but service and amenities need improvement.
