Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and attentive service, convenient location, and the quality and variety of the breakfast. Many also appreciated the spacious rooms. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several guests noting issues such as unclean rooms, incomplete bedding, and inconsistent towel changes. While the service and amenities generally received positive feedback, improvements in housekeeping and room maintenance are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
