Hotel staff very helpful. There‘s a supermarket near the hotel and it take 20mins by foot to the city centre. Restaurants located just around the hotel itself!
The coffee vending are very sweet and perhaps they can add sandwiches for easy night snacks to the vending available at the lobby

Not the hotel's fault, but there was a very unhappy (and unsleepy) baby in the next room crying most of the night. But again, nothing the hotel could do. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Lovely staff who made our check-in process smooth. Also provided great information for transport, attractions, food etc. We were very satisfied overall with our stay and enjoyed Salzburg very much, particularly in Old Town! Would definitely come back again.

Everything is beautiful, the staff, the location and even the rooms! Highly recommend!
The Bathroom was great but the toilet had this very strange shape, other then that it was great!
