Cons (-) Did not like the drinks who kept making their car alarm go off at 2 AM. Free breakfast wasn't that great, but it was clean in the small breakfast room.
Cons (-) Staff at reception was incredibly unhelpful, rude, and spoke down to (and ignored) guests. Ice machine and vending machines are broken and evidence suggests they have been for awhile. Wifi does not reach all rooms. Technology is dated and walls/floors are very thin. We could hear everything happening outside and upstairs. Misleading name, no where near City Creek. Pros (+) I liked that a refrigerator and microwave were in the rooom. Also liked that breakfast was offered.
Cons (-) My 11-year old son said the room smelled like a urinal. :( I needed to pull out the febreze and sprays that I could find just to be comfortable. Breakfast was offered, but selection was very limited.
