Cons (-) Not very clean, there was a plastic bag placed over the fire alarm when we got there. There was people outside our room banging on the door next to us for a long time.

Cons (-) Did not like the drinks who kept making their car alarm go off at 2 AM. Free breakfast wasn't that great, but it was clean in the small breakfast room.

Cons (-) Staff at reception was incredibly unhelpful, rude, and spoke down to (and ignored) guests. Ice machine and vending machines are broken and evidence suggests they have been for awhile. Wifi does not reach all rooms. Technology is dated and walls/floors are very thin. We could hear everything happening outside and upstairs. Misleading name, no where near City Creek. Cheap quality everything. Regrett...
