IF I COULD GIVE THIS HOTEL 0 I WOULD AS 1 IS TO GOOD FOR IT Booked in on the 10 October for 3 nights went to use the spa was told I had to have Sandles towel and swimming hat cost 10E for spa use didn't have any swimming hat so was told couldn't use it following night there were around 8 Spanish girls in the spa with no swimming hats so take that as you will no English channels on tv no tea coffee making in room no fridge that night around 1030 went to put my children to bed had to change room as air con unit was leaking and the bed and pillows were wet through second night was told air con was fixed moved back into the room as hotel needed that room for another guest so moved all stuff back to that room at 11 pm moved back out that room into another room as the air con was NOT fixed bed and pillows were soaked still no word of an apology from the staff so went to the next room could sleep all night as it was so hot in that room yes the air con unit was broke that was the last straw for me packed up myself and my two kids went to the front desk informed them that this was a joke been here 2 nights change rooms on both nights and now the 3rd room was rubish as well still not once did I get an appology from the staff I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I would rather stay at faulty towers also food was not good at all

The hotel was a nightmare
