Some of the pillowcases and towels were dirty. Other than that, it was okay. But then, after checkout, the manager called to ask if I had taken any towels (I didn’t), but I guess he didn’t believe me, because he charged my card an additional $17.

Pros (+) Nice people trying hard but need to focus on overall experience.
Cons (-) Check in advertised for 3 pm closed office till 3:30 Black out curtains were overstretched sheers, like sleeping under a light bulb. No shower curtain, had to ask. New vinyl floor had water pumping from underneath in bathroom. Bathroom door would not close all the way, would stick. No disposable cups in room. No accessible plugs for electronic device charging.
