Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for travel by train, ferry, or bus, and for exploring the city. The staff received high marks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests mentioning positive experiences at the front desk and during breakfast service. Many found the breakfast to be varied and delicious, and rooms were generally described as clean and comfortable. However, some reviews noted issues with value for money, small elevators, and occasional discomfort with beds or room size. One review raised concerns about breakfast food quality and safety, but this was not a common theme. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with location, service, and cleanliness standing out.
