Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing attractions. Many found the price reasonable and appreciated the spacious rooms in some cases. However, numerous reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, with reports of poor hygiene, outdated facilities, and maintenance problems. Service experiences were mixed, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others encountered unhelpful or rude personnel. Overall, the location and value were the main positives, but cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.
