Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's prime beachfront location and many appreciate the spacious rooms and beautiful sea views. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, poor maintenance, and unsatisfactory conditions in the spa and pool areas. Service is often described as unfriendly or lacking, with issues such as unhelpful staff and inadequate amenities. While some guests enjoyed the breakfast and found the food tasty, others criticized the limited variety and quality. Overall, the location stands out as the main positive aspect, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
