Pros (+) The staff is extremely nice! They upgraded our room to a balcony with a view since it was our first time there. Which was pretty awesome. And the snorkeling is great at the hotel, absolutely beautiful.
Cons (-) the hotel is very average. It's pretty outdated, the hot water didn't work the first night then the next few nights it would work for about 10 mins. The room was incredibly humid, our clothes in our suitcase were not just damp but wet. The bed is not that comfortable and the food was very overpriced and very average. ONE empanada was 14 dollars. Pros (+) The outdoor areas are beautiful. The staff is very nice. There is so much to see and do at the Resort. The restaurants are very nice and the food is very good. The free beach equipment was a lot of fun.

Pros (+) The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The amenities and number of activities you can do on site was great. The restaurants were par. ok food, nothing to write home about. The views were beautiful and the facilities were clean.
Cons (-) The water pressure in our shower was sub par and it made for cleaning off after the beach difficult. The carnival night which was advertised as very fun and a great time was not really all that exciting. I probably would have found something better to do with my evening had I known.
