Pros: The staff were warm and friendly. The environment was clean. My room was cleaned everyday. Its helped in making my stay a comfortable one. With the beach at the front of the hotel, I had no issue bonding with nature.
Pros: Everything Great service very friendly staff Thank you very much
Cons: Fabulous stay Thank you I would highly recommend
Pros: The location is good, the breakfast is good, the staff are friendly.
Cons: The hotel is tired and long overdue for a complete makeover. The room we were showed initially was not acceptable for the price. It was small, low-ceilinged and all the fixtures and fittings were very dated and worn. We changed room but had to pay extra. Other and better hotels in Jersey at the time were cheaper. We only selected the Grand because of its location. Even the automatic doors at the front didn’t work. The spa is lovely but shows up the rest of the hotel.
Pros: The hotel was supurb, staff were excellent in their service to guests. Planning another trip in June and will return to the hotel.
Pros: Central position for town and beautiful sea views. Outstanding breakfast and service.
Cons: 3rd floor rooms are in the eaves so the men kept banging their heads! Spa was uncomfortably hot during our visit
Pros: Swing pool, spa pool, sauna
Cons: -heating (too dry) -hot water: takes forever to heat up -breakfast service: waiting at the door nobody register us
Pros: Service was excellent and the spa facilities very good.
Cons: Only quibble was that the eggs at breakfast were not kept very hot.
Pros: Good position. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent food service and ambience
Cons: Residents lounge
Pros: Wonderful position, lovely room, our own lit up Christmas tree on the terrace of our room!! Super views and outstanding reception staff, porters and concierge! Room service breakfast average. Housekeeping excellent.
Cons: The fine dining restaurant was very average and hideously expensive. Very disappointing and not a patch on any place we’ve ever been to in all our years of visiting Jersey. Nowhere in Jersey or the mainland did we come across such an expensive meal.
Pros: Very helpful staff
Cons: nothing I can think off

Pros: The property is well maintained , the location is central to the shops and within walking distance. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room I had was very spacious and a relaxing seating area to sit and watch tv. Rooms were cleaned daily if you wanted them too. Unfortunately I came down with a virus whilst I was here so didn’t do what I had intended to do whilst staying here. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: The hotel was clean and welcoming, and after a busy day very comfoting. A very good base.
Cons: The only thing that could have been improved for me, As i dont walk to well it would have been wonderful if there had been a bus service. Not every one would agree, but one nearby would have helped me.
Pros: Helpful Staff.
Cons: No airconditioning in the room and our bathroom was no more that a small oblong with toilet at one end and shower at the other. The sink was in the main bedroom/
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Evening meals not a very high standard

Pros: Friendliness and help given by all members of staff. Food quality was very good and portions very good. Very relaxing hotel.
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff at the reception were very helpful.
Cons: The shower in the bathroom was appalling and staff at the breakfast could not speak English so some orders were wrong, otherwise very nice.
Pros: Very friendly hotel, rooms cleaned daily, we had a premier room which was worth the little extra.

Pros: Great location with parking visited with children and was comfortable
Cons: Breakfast very average
Pros: The spa was beautiful, bed was comfortable, staff were wonderful!
Cons: The food we ordered for room service was a bit disappointing - would have expected better quality given the fact the hotel is 4* - however do know we should expect amazing quality given it is room service! Also construction everywhere.
Pros: Breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and good menu. Staff were very friendly. Spa was great and could use after checking out. Hotel allowed an early check in due to flight times and room being ready. Much appreciated
Cons: Bar is very quiet, no atmosphere but staff were still good but we only had 1 drink and went into town.
Pros: Dining room and foodn
Cons: Shower over bath is archaic Need to realise that as one gets older not easy to deal with old fashioned taps which are low down under a working shower Please consider this
Pros: Clean. Great spa facilities. Good location:
Cons: The bed was quite uncomfortable.
Pros: The bed was massive and comfortable.
Cons: I would only advise people that it is a steep slope up to the hotel entrance.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: The location was fine - an easy walk into the centre of St Helier. The breakfast was fine - however the cooked food was not as hot as it could have been. Dinner in the restaurant was good. The hotel was very comfortable and perfect for a pre-Christmas break.
Cons: The restaurant staff were not as professional as they could have been which was a pity because the food was good. Unfortunately some of the diners were "friends" of the staff and this took their attention from the other diners.
Pros: Breakfast was amazing, we arrived very early and a room was ready for us, printed out our boarding passes for return flight on checkout, enjoyed a nice bar meal one night
Cons: Room had no view 31, was also quite small and above bar so noisy with all the Christmas parties
Cons: Bad staff service, complained to manager during stay and have written since and contacted on otger site. The private owners refuse to reply.
Pros: Lovely location, hosts even upgraded our room. Shower was really warm, no complaints.
Cons: Could do with some more seats in the living room, couch is only for 2 people but sleeps 4.
Pros: Superb breakfast choice, comfortable beds, helpful staff
Cons: There wasn’t anything
Pros: Only stayed a couple of nights between Christmas and New Year but the staff were absolutely superb. I plan to go back in the Summer. Even the ‘small double’ booked was actually a really good size.
Cons: A little road noise, especially being next to the Fire & Ambulance Stations, but not really a problem at night.

Pros: A very comfortable bed. The food was excellent and the service very good
Cons: Nothing! !
Pros: The staff & location were perfect.
Cons: There was nowhere comfortable for a lady to do her hair & make up. There was a mirror in the bathroom with a 2 pin plug nearby and mirrors on the wardrobe doors. I had to plug the hairdryer in by the wardrobe and sit on the floor to do my hair & make up !!!! Most uncomfortable. May I suggest a mirror be placed above the desk in the work station area ? I was really surprised to find this in such a highly rated hotel. Happy to discuss further.
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Generally the hotel is a bit dated. Room service food cold by the time it reached the room. Limited room service menu with, for example, no fresh fruit. Long wait at reception for someone to come and process check-in.
Pros: Seafood buffet - sublime! Location was excellent. So convenient as the very reliable bus service was directly outside. Getting a bus from the airport to the hotel was no hassle. Bargain at £2
Pros: Excellent stay. Everything was perfect
Pros: Friendly hotel, staff very helpful. Would definitely use again as we were made very welcome. Well done

Pros: Breakfast was ok
Cons: Room too cold
Pros: Old school hotel with caracter Chatty friendly staff Special rich breakfast Close to the town center
Cons: The catpet on the floor is not exactly dirty, but while doing some stretches on the ground I noticed it is smelly. Perhaps a good professional carpet clean will do. ;-)
Pros: Breakfast good. Location handy.
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff. Rolling stones bar is excellent!
Cons: Room a bit cold.
Pros: Beds very comfortable and breakfast was superb.
Cons: Décor rather dated, but it added to the charm of the hotel. Felt we were living in the 1970's!

Pros: All staff were very friendly. Lovely atmosphere throughout. Great breakfast each morning. Enjoyed drinks at bar in the evening chatting to locals.
Cons: The manager has a bad attitude and should learn how to be more courteous to guests.
Pros: I appreciated the parking, and the bottles of filter water. Also the bed was very comfortable!
Pros: Everything, the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful. Lovely Christmas decorations New Year’s Eve in the bar was lovely, great music, not too crowded and the bar staff made the night. Cons: Nothing to dislike
Pros: The food
Cons: No bath
Pros: My room was up graded and was extremely comfortable
Cons: Nothing it was all good
Pros: The room was exceptional.
Pros: The breakfast was terrific in quality and quantity. Also the restaurant served great meals at a reasonable price in the evenings. The staff in the restaurant was superb.
Cons: Due to an unusual floor plan, most guests will have to use stairs to get between their rooms and the elevator on each floor. This did not bother us, but it may be a challenge for those with mobility issues.
Pros: Supper and breakfast excellent. Dining room had friendly atmosphere
Cons: A bit difficult to find private car park

Pros: Great view & staff. Very comfy bed.
Pros: The location was great very central and easy access to everything plus parking.
Cons: Just a couple of things. The safe didn’t work or the fridge and the carpet needs replacing. However the bed was very comfortable.
Pros: Beautiful sea views located within easy walking of central Helier downtown. Quiet ie away from traffic noise. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. Good size rooms.
Cons: Dining room staff are friendly but their method of how they take food orders and eventually deliver the food is strange and inefficient. Too many people are involved ie different staff show up as the meal progresses to again ask you what you want as your next course ( eg. two different waiters asked us what we wanted as the main course when we had already made the selection with our initial order) and a different person was involved in the delivery. We had to ask for our bill 3 times from 3 different people before finally deciding to go to the til to pay. I asked whether it was normal to ask to have the bill brought to the table and was told the choice was ours. The food was good.
Pros: Breakfast and location and clean.
Cons: No slippers or dressing gowns in a hotel of this calibre is a bit poor. No bottled water in rooms and no pillow selection unlike much cheaper hotels like premier inns for example.

Pros: Breakfast was great. Table service excellent. All staff were very friendly and efficient especially our waiter, Carlos and maid. Good menu for evening meals also with plenty of choices and very reasonably priced. The food was very tasty. Great chef. Location was great in lovely country with Jersey cows nearby- nice and quiet -away from traffic and fumes. Pool was a nice big size and not cold. Hot tub was brill. Gardens were lovely-nice big grounds to walk round. Good to have entertainment-we especially liked the magician but all good. Nice seeing the aviary and the 2 lovely big friendly dogs. Good trying local ales in bar. Complimentary bus shuttle very useful.

Pros: Good choice of food friendly helpful staff
Cons: The lack of a lift given the older age range
Pros: Rooms clean and oool area was nice
Cons: The fact staff sat around in bar taking up seats and access to bar being noisy gambling
Pros: Three star hotel with four star plus service- lovely stay. Large accommodation with beautiful grounds plus a bar and lounge with dance floor.
Cons: Nothing really
Pros: The courtesy bus was very good. Nice staff.
Cons: Shower didn't drain. At night our room smelt awful, poor drainage. Very expensive for what we got in return, compared to the mainland. Not for younger couples.

Pros: Lovely real fire downstairs in the Bar in Winter. Very nice breakfast - hot is cooked to order and fruit, yoghurt, cereals, toast, pastries, tea/coffee are self-serve. Staff are lovely - really helpful. Location is excellent, near the sea-front, near the shops.
Pros: I enjoyed the location of the hotel right in town. Also the staff at the hotel were fab really accommodating the breakfast was excellent overall great value for money. The hotel itself was all mod cons it was dated but for the money I wasnt expecting the Ritz and for what I needed it for it suited me all round.
Cons: Loved it
Pros: So cosy with a lovely bar area and welcoming, friendly staff.
Pros: Very reasonable clean hotel, with great staff . This is our second visit and would stay here again no problem.
Cons: Lighting not adequate in the rooms, Luke warm shower.
Pros: Excellent old world decor but lovely
Pros: The room was clean and the bed comfortable just a little dated and could do with some repairs
Pros: Revere is a well established 3 star hotel in St Helier we have stopped here before. The staff are friendly. The decor within the hotel is very quaint and quirky. It has been a family run business since the 1950s with lots of history. The rooms are adequate. Also has a restaurant and a bistro serving local food. Town and beaches are only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. We love this place for its uniqueness
Cons: Nothing There is nothing we didn't like.
Pros: Close to the town centre and the sea front
Cons: The breakfast. Wallpaper stains due it would seem to a leak
With a stay at Mountview Hotel in St. Helier, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Hamptonne Country Life Museum and Elizabeth Castle. Featured amenities include luggage storage and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was cooked to order. It arrived hot and was still served quickly. The rabbit warren of corridors and passageways was entertaining.
Cons: The smoking area was right outside one of the main exit doors.
Pros: Breakfast is excellent and HUGE! Room comfortable and clean. Staff lovely and very helpful.
Cons: Long way with no lift to room. Maid cleaned room just after 9am whilst we were in it on the last day - check out was 10am.
Pros: Beds very hard but comfortable everything good near all locations
Cons: It was perfect for us
Pros: breakfast was 1st class very good choice of continental or traditional English.
Cons: All very good for the price
Pros: Location was good and staff very helpful. Only downfall lift not working
Cons: Lift not working and no lounge to sit and have a few drinks
Pros: Breakfast excellent; staff very pleasant, helpful and efficient; although uphill returning from the center of town, we found it an easy stroll and not far at all; plenty of refreshments facilities in room.
Cons: The bathroom fan was noisy and stayed on for ages. We couldn't turn it off at night either. Other fans were equally noisy on our floor.
When you stay at Ommaroo Hotel in St. Helier, you'll be on the waterfront, within a 5-minute drive of Elizabeth Castle and Jersey Museum & Art Gallery. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very clean and modern
Cons: Bed wasn't that comfortable
Pros: Helpfull staff, Hotel and room althrough clean
Cons: Price was high comparing to hotel and room location. No fridge available in room
Pros: Everything, staff all wonderful and polite Food magnificent Very clean throughout Perfect location
Pros: The room was clean and cosy. The breakfast is really good and lovely to be able to eat it overlooking the sea shore. Staff were polite and helpful.
Cons: No milk with refreshments in the room. The heating was not turned on when I arrived so the room was cold.
Pros: Breakfast was good and the hotel was great value for money.
Pros: Big bed & decent size bathroom & clean
Cons: Couldn't order the alchohol drink I like eg asked for a Rose Spritzer staff said it was made with lemonade,as requested, which it wasn't as it was flat & not sweet so was probably made soda water or something else I asked them to make me one with lemonade but it came back the same
Pros: Stayed here before. The location is lovely, just on the edge of town and handy for a walk on the beach too.
Cons: Building or renovation work in the attic above my room 2 days on the trot! I know that it was off season and work has to be done but I was told that there were only about 10 rooms booked in the hotel at the time. Surely I could have been put into another room. I complained after the first day and was told that work had finished but it went on for a second day also. Then there was work outside my window at 8am with builders laughing aloud, joking, hammering and cutting sheet plywood with power saws! It was 8am and I was on holiday!! Why didn't the hotel use foresight and originally put me in a room away from where they were having work done. The hotel is big enough to do this. Also the heater in my room didn't work at all and on close inspection it looks like it hadn't been turned on it a while as the radiator taps didn't work and were just balanced on the valves (the corrosion showed seizure of the valves). I had to leave my bathroom door open all night to let the towel rail heat my room. The management of this hotel need to think a few days ahead and consider their residents when having work done in the hotel. I was on holiday for 8 nights and was woken very early on 5 of those nights! Also if you come in at night and want a drink you are served in the front restaurant and you have to sit at a table which is laid for breakfast. It's not a bar, there are no bar staff and no music etc, you sit there in silence. I just ended up taking a pint up to my room at night.
Pros: Excellent location, helpful staff, great parking
Cons: I was told I would get a bath, but there was just a shower. Strangely I found on arrival that my accommodation did not include breakfast. Who does that? My room was the smallest hotel room I’ve ever had

Pros: Swimming pool & bedroom
Cons: Location & dinner menu
Pros: Everything the staff was amazing
Pros: the breakfast was standard breakfast for a hotel, but i had the feeling that the staff would rather the guests were not there.
Cons: it was all down to the staff, who were as unhelpful as they could possibly be, bar meals served till 9 our first night at 8 we asked for the menu, they had stopped serving at 6.30 we were told. one day, at 6pm we came back to the hotel and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant "fully booked all night" we were told, without the receptionist even looking up from the desk, not even suggesting a local restaurant, we phoned the great western and they offered up as table straight away, and the food there was very good, as was the service.
Pros: The swimming pool, sauna and hot tub were a wonderful addition to the hotel which is very well maintained and clean. Very satisfied customer who only drinks hot chocolate as a hot drink and to find they were in the rooms so thank you. Easy access into town. 15 minute walk into the main town and the market and the buses stop outside for the zoo and other local places.
Cons: Very very creaky floorboards. Disturbed night sleep with fidgety neighbours above but understand may not be able to resolve that. But that is being picky. Walkways, stairways and rooms rather warm Heating appeared to be on continuously.
Pros: Lovely staff, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Near enough but not right in the centre so quiet at night.
Cons: Nothing we didn't like only thing I could say is that the decor in the room was a bit dated but it was spotless and comfortable so no complaints.
Pros: The staff very friendly helpfull handy for town also easy parking
Pros: the breakfast was very nice
Cons: the fact you could not smoke in your room
Pros: We enjoyed the food and the service excelent. The hotel needed an update in the decorating.
Pros: The ropoms were very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were fantastic all prepared to put themselves out, always smiling and helpful.
Cons: The only complaint wewas the beds, a bit lumpy and could feel the springs!
Pros: Nice friendly staff, unpretentious surroundings,
Cons: The fried eggs at breakfast were over cooked!
Pros: Staff attitude
Cons: Too far from town
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We only had one evening meal but that was also very good.
Cons: Or first room was next to pool on the ground floor. This was very handy however the room was too warm especially at night (we think it was above the laundry room). When we mentioned this we were moved to another room on the first floor without any fuss. We were asked to pack personal items and the hotel staff would took care of moving everything for us. The hotel was a good 15 minutes walk to the town centre.
Pros: The staff were excellent as was the food. Great value for money.
Pros: The leisure facility. The breakfast service. The location.
Cons: Bed cover sheet appeared unhygenic. No air con in rooms.
Pros: Service and cuisine was first class.
With a stay at Alhambra in St. Helier, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and Elizabeth Castle. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The Staff were great always very cheerful , Breakfast was very good and a great choice . The rooms were clean and tidy and made up every day , They would also book taxi's and will print your boarding passes
Pros: Everything was great from the staff too the food and location
Pros: The lady who ran the hotel was marvellous. Greattach hospitality
Pros: Very clean and comfertable
Pros: We liked the location near to the sea and bus centre, peaceful street, comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast also good.
Cons: We would have liked some fruit at breakfast time.
Pros: Friendly and efficient reception. We're able to go to room @midday. Comfortable bed and generous breakfast.
Cons: TV a little smaller than we are used to but we didn't really go here to watch TV!
Pros: The room had all the essential amenities. Staff very friendly and the stay felt homely. Although the finishing in the room were slightly aged, it was comfortable, clean and checked all the boxes.
Cons: A bit more choices at breakfast time.
Pros: The location was good with frequent bus services nearby. The room was cheery and bright. The receptionist was very nice and gave helpful information. We liked that there were no dogs allowed nor children.
Cons: The bathroom lacked any space to place your toiletries onto. A small shelf would have helped or even a small table or stool in the corner would have been nice. Breakfast was okay with choice of cereals. Cooked breakfast was tasty. Perhaps a little fruit would have been nice as well. I didn't have coffee or toast so not sure about those. The walls and floor were thin. We could hear the person above us getting up and walking around quite a bit through the night and coughing from next door. Very annoying when trying to sleep. People talking loudly when coming in and slamming doors. Perhaps a few signs posted around the inside of the hotel reminding people to soften their voice when inside wouldn't go amiss. I have seen these signs in other hotels and they were much quieter. Also some sound proofing between floors would be good. I think with just a few tweaks this hotel could be quite good.
Pros: Great location
Cons: The bathroom facilities were old and tired, with no sink as this was in the bedroom. The shower unit was small and needs updating. TV positioned on a wall that was not viewable from the beds. The room has a very large window which could not be left open over night as it was too cold.
With a stay at Mayfair Hotel in St. Helier, you'll be a 5-minute drive from Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and 6 minutes from Elizabeth Castle. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, luggage storage, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Quite room
Pros: Hotel very clean comfortable good location Will stay here again x
Cons: All good
Cons: Clean and comfortable. Reception morning staff disengage, on their phone. Young man in the evening is fantastic.
Cons: I locked my self out of my room and asked the bloke at the reception for another key, I was a little bit skeptical about the fact he didn’t ask for I.D.
Pros: It's quite possibly the nicest three star hotel I've ever stayed in. Whilst the view wasn't much (it's city centre so I wasn't expecting sweeping sea views), it's in a good location, easy to to get to, and has car parking. The check-in process was wonderfully easy and even though I arrived early, they checked me in and because my room wasn't ready (suited me as I had places to visit), they took my luggage and left it in the room when it became ready.
Pros: All the staff we came into contact with were so friendly helpful and had a smile on their face It’s nice to see happy looking staff Thank you
Cons: The only area I would say needs a little improvement would be the breakfast - lovely selection but the temperature of the breakfast was Luke warm, plus we would of preferred to choose our own
With a stay at Marina Metro Hotel in St. Helier, you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Jersey Museum & Art Gallery and Elizabeth Castle. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge during limited hours.
Pros: Lovely location with beautiful sea view from my room. Very peaceful. Very comfortable bed with great sheets. Towles were very clean. Slightly out of the centre of St Helier, but probably quieter as a result. The restaurant was open for lunch and dinner, but might not be all week in winter. It was possible to book taxis through the hotel.
Cons: Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been good. Possibly limited parking in that area, but didn't need it on this trip.
Pros: It was near to St Helier and opposite the beach. Good value for money. Clean and basic but nice enough.
Cons: For the price I can't complain too much. The shower over the bath was poor and hard to control. Very old fittings unfortunately. However the price of the wine and an ordinary bottle of water were very expensive. £4 for a bottle of water! No one offered to ring for a taxi to get me to the Airport. I was on my own at that point. However the rest was pleasant.
Pros: Comfy bed, location, helpfulness of staff. Easy access to high street, the Square and bus station
Cons: Hot water in bathroom very low pressure
Cons: Nothing all was perfect
Pros: Comfortable well-equipped room
Cons: Staff could have been friendlier
Pros: check-in was easy, beautiful sea-view rooms, very close to beach, staff generally quite friendly. Room was cleaned daily and bed was comfortable. Excellent restaurant on-site and nice options nearby.
Cons: No parking close to property making getting there tricky, provided one party in our group with free breakfast and not the other, location was out of St Helier itself although 20 min walk away up some steep hills. For the price I was expecting a more luxurious hotel, the reception, restaurant and corridors are all quite dated.
Pros: Great room as we stayed with our children and they loved it
Cons: Hotel would benefit greatly with some parking

Pros: Good choice with breakfast, rooms very warm but then they could be cooling down from summer. Local draught beer in the bar. Local bus service outside hotel - who needs car hire !
Cons: Corridors like a rabbit warren.
Pros: Cleanliness of all areas, breakfast was cooked nicely and there was plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and efficient, hotel is close to town centre and on the edge of the bay with wonderful views
Pros: Location Helpfull and nice people at reception. Sea view
Cons: À little bit noisy on morning and night with door closing.
Pros: Location was amazing, food in the hotel is very reasonable and excellent quality
Pros: It was OK
Cons: The room was very clean but boring! Beige everything and rather depressing but nice and clean with a good seaview. There was only one person on duty when I arrived so he was rushing around doing everything - front desk, bar the lot - not very good for a 3 star hotel! Bartender was not very friendly and neither was one receptionist - could, not be bothered to look up and say good morning when I passed the desk! Also l ack of parking is not good
Pros: Nice hotel and staff. Clean and tidy.
Pros: Location beside the beach and the bus route
Cons: Shower was a little tight
