Pros (+) The hotel was modern with an excellent breakfast, spa facilities and pool. The rooms were clean and confortable. The hotel is in the center of the attractions with a English speaking friendly staff. The resterant served excellent food.
Cons (-) This is Russia and you have the some of the old Soviet attitudes still lingering but it is moderated by the customer driven attitude Solo Sokos is known for and with time will improve.
