Our convenient locations gets you easy access to Tropicana Field, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, and the highway system, making activities in Tampa such as Busch Gardens and Hard Rock Hotel/Casino, or any of the Gulf Beaches easily accessible. We have a wide variety of guests who stay here from students at two area seamanship training school, and senior softball players, mixed in with corporate travelers and families in Florida for vacations. Free Bright Side Breakfast is sure to get your day started off right and our lobby sometimes serves as an impromptu gathering place for guests, whether they are sea school students studying for an exam or family members here for a reunion, sharing a takeout meal together, playing cards, or watching the game on television.

Pros (+) Location accessible and staff friendly. Facility clean and neat. Quiet. Breakfast was acceptable, not great. Would recommend for sure.

Cons (-) Very clean hotel and you can smell it even at the hallway. The bed linens and bath towels are also new. The breakfast is very good and you can tell they serve fresh food. Staff are very friendly even the housekeepers tries to greet us even they're busy. Amenities are complete including a very nice pool.
