Cons (-) We arrived at the hotel after 2 days of driving to find that the hotel overbooked and gave our room away even though we had a reservation and confirmation. They acted like they had no record of our reservation and we were the ones who were mistaken until we contacted Kayak and getaroom.com who called the hotel, only then did they say they overbooked and gave our room to someone else.
